Physical Activity
To be fit and avoid weight gain, you’ve got to move! Most
authorities on physical activity recommend at least 30 – 60
minutes of physical activity per day four or more days per week.
Whether you like walking, jogging, bike-riding, swimming,
jumping rope, or dancing…find an activity that you enjoy and
stick with it. Families can enjoy together time and become
physically fit by exercising together.
